Unfiltered Choice is a free, independent comparison and editorial website operated by Unfiltered Choice. We want to be completely clear about what that means for refunds.

We do not sell products or charge readers

Reading our reviews, comparisons, guides, and calculators is completely free, with no account, subscription, or payment required. We do not sell products or services directly to readers, and we do not bill, charge, or invoice you for anything on this Site. Because there is no purchase made with us, there is nothing for Unfiltered Choice to refund.

Newsletter

Our email newsletter is free, opt-in, and can be cancelled at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by contacting us directly. There is no charge to subscribe and no charge to cancel.

Purchases you make with third-party providers

When you decide to sign up for a bank account, payment processor, payroll service, software plan, insurance policy, or any other product we write about, that transaction — including any fees, billing, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility — is strictly between you and that provider. It is governed entirely by that provider's own terms of service and refund policy, not by Unfiltered Choice. If you clicked a link on our Site to reach that provider, we may have earned a referral commission (see our Advertiser Disclosure), but this does not make Unfiltered Choice a party to your purchase, give us any ability to authorize a refund on the provider's behalf, or make us responsible for the provider's billing practices.

If you need a refund, want to dispute a charge, or want to cancel a subscription for a product purchased through a link on our Site, please contact that provider directly using the support channels on their own website. If you're not sure who to contact, reach out to us and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

Chargebacks

Because Unfiltered Choice does not process payments from readers, any billing dispute or chargeback related to a product you purchased must be filed with the provider you paid, or with your card issuer regarding that specific merchant — not with Unfiltered Choice.

If we ever offer a paid product of our own

If in the future we introduce any paid product, subscription, or service sold directly by Unfiltered Choice, a specific refund policy for that offering will be published and presented to you at the point of purchase, and will take precedence over this general page for that specific product.
